Rev. Stephen Sebastian has been working with churches for almost 10 years. He is an ordained congregational minister, and has served on the pastoral staff of three successful churches. Stephen understands the daily functions of the local church, how the congregational and denominational processes work, and what it takes to make a church run smoothly and efficiently. Stephen earned his undergraduate degree in religion from Princeton University and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He has studied theology and ethics at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), the Free Church of Scotland College, and Jerusalem University College.  Stephen provides us with invaluable insight into the workings and needs of churches. He has facilitated hundreds of church committee meetings, and successfully implemented new programs and mustered congregational support on important ministry opportunities. With extensive church relations experience, Stephen serves as our church liaison, interfacing with the individual churches and helping them to move the congregational approval process forward in a timely yet sensitive fashion.

Tom Moylan is the President and CEO of SteepleCom.  He has been a telecommunications consultant for many years and when his home church was approached by a wireless carrier, that began the voyage that eventually became SteepleCom.  Tom has been able to develop many high level relationships, not only with telecommunications companies, but also with many of the support companies that are vital to a carrier’s success. Tom has close working relationships with many lawyers, engineers and consultants that deal with the regulating, siting, designing and constructing of wireless and wireline facilities.  Tom has been an active church member for many years, primarily serving on Executive and Stewardship Committees, and his wife, Debbie, is the Director of Contemporary Worship at their home church in Ashburnham, Massachusetts.  With extensive relationships in the carrier world, Tom’s role is to work with the carriers to integrate their future network plans with our client churches.

Allen B. Koenig, SteepleCom’s corporate counsel, is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of North Carolina.  Allen received his BS from Tufts College, an MS in Psychology from University of Massachusetts, and a JD from Boston College Law School.  Allen has personally negotiated many wireless lease agreements and is very familiar with the legal complexities unique to the industry.  In addition to practicing in the wireless communications field, Allen also has vast experience in estate planning for high net worth individuals, including succession planning for owners of closely-held businesses.  Allen has chaired and participated in seminars in Estate Planning and Real Estate for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association.  Allen is also a panel attorney for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, of Boston, Massachusetts, and counsel for The Art Connection, Inc., also of Boston.

To support our executive team, we have an experienced team of seasoned negotiators and project managers that are well equipped to deal with our specialized focus on issues associated with churches and wireless leases.  Additionally, we are but one phone call away from a myriad of subject matter experts that can and will assist in any issues outside of our core competency.
