Strategy
While there have been many success stories about churches receiving funds in return for leasing their steeples to communications companies, most of those stories do not tell of the missed opportunities that came along with those income streams.  Upon investigation, the road is littered with churches that agreed to terms far below market value, that gave away exclusive rights to a single carrier when their facility could accommodate several, and that did not have the proper terms negotiated that could leave a congregation exposed to unfavorable future situations.  Our intent is to provide our services only to churches so that they can fully utilize the assets under their control in the very dynamic and complicated telecommunications marketplace.

To that end, we offer churches who contract with us a full-service approach to hosting a wireless communications site: we market their steeple, we negotiate and maintain contracts on their behalf, we coordinate antenna installations, and we serve as a church's liason to the carriers throughout the length of the lease.  Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for churches, so they can concentrate solely on the additional income that such rental arrangements bring.
